About
Suguru Daily is the puzzle I wanted to find each morning: one grid a day, the same for everyone, quick to start and pleasant to solve on a phone.
Who makes it
Just me. I'm one person who loves logic puzzles, and I build and run Suguru Daily in my spare time. There's no company behind it, no ads and no paywall.
If something breaks, a puzzle looks wrong, or you have an idea, send me a message. I read all of them.
What is Suguru?
Suguru, also known as Tectonic or Number Blocks, is a logic puzzle that comes from Japan. The grid is split into blocks of different shapes. Each block holds the numbers 1 up to its size, and equal numbers can never touch, not even corner to corner.
It feels a little like sudoku (here's how they compare), but the irregular blocks make every grid look different, and the numbers never go above 5. Learn by solving a tiny one.
Why one a day?
Everyone gets the same puzzle, so you can compare notes with friends and family. It's a small daily habit rather than something to binge, and it leaves room to make each puzzle good. They start gentle on Monday and build to a tough one on Saturday.
